  Our fees for trademarking services are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. You agree to pay all fees associated with our services. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we will not provide services until payment is received.

• Intellectual Property:

  USIP Office retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

• User Content:

  You may submit content to us in connection with our services, such as your trademark application. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the content in connection with our services.

• Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Limitation of Liability:

Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the fees you paid to us for the relevant services.

• Indemnification:

  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USIP Office and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

• Governing Law:

  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

• Dispute Resolution:

  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California, and the award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

  This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and USIP Office with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

• Modifications:

  We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the terms.
