If you think we haven’t met this goal, let us know and we will be happy to make every effort to resolve the issue(s). If we make an error on your filing, we will make the necessary changes as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
If you’re still unsatisfied, you can just ask for a refund. All refund requests must be processed by one of our phone customer service representatives. Please, note that only USIP Office fees are refundable; all government fees involved in your filing services are non-refundable.
